Johannes Loefstrand is the portfolio manager of the Frontier Markets Fund and the Africa & Middle East Fund in the Global Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Johannes' investment experience began in 2012, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning as a research analyst covering all sectors in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa and frontier regions in the Emerging Markets Equity division. Prior to this, he was employed by Arisaig Partners Ltd. as an investment analyst.

Johannes earned a master of law degree from the London School of Economics and a bachelor of law degree from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
