Joe Russo is a high yield credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Joe has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning as an associate analyst on the High Yield team in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, he completed a summer internship as a credit research associate at Loomis, Sayles & Company. 

Joe earned a B.A. in finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. Joe also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
