Joe Petr is the lead portfolio analyst in the Fixed Income Division. He supports the High Yield, Floating Rate Bank Loan, and Credit Opportunities Strategies, working closely with clients, prospects, consultants, the Investments division, and other internal stakeholders. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Joe's investment experience began in 2016, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Joe was employed by Morgan Stanley as an exotic equity derivatives finance associate.

Joe earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
