Jim Hebert is a sales specialist in the U.S. Investment Services-Financial Advisor Group. Jim is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc.

Jim’s industry experience began in 1991, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning in the wealth division of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc. Prior to this, Jim was employed by Wells Fargo in the areas of institutional equity and fixed income sales and trading, where he covered hedge funds, mutual funds, and pension and sovereign wealth funds. Jim also held positions at Wachovia Capital Markets and First Union Capital Markets, in both institutional equity and fixed income trading.

Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kenyon College. Jim is a Series 7, 55, 63, and 66 registered representative.
