Jessica Phillips is the distribution management specialist for the Distribution Management Service strategy in the Global Equity Division. She is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Jessica’s investment experience began in 2022, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2001, beginning in Investment Operations. From 2015 to 2021, Jessica was employed by BNY Mellon as part of the strategic partnership with T. Rowe Price. Her focus was new account onboarding and oversight of the T. Rowe Price accounting book of record. In 2021, she returned to T. Rowe Price as an investment liaison until assuming her current role in 2022.

Jessica earned a B.S. in business administration from Catawba College.
