Jeffrey Talbott is the consultant relations director in Retirement Plan Services. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. 

Jeffrey’s industry experience began in 1996 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning in the Participant Service Center. He has since held several roles in product development, marketing, and sales.

Jeffrey earned a B.A. in marketing from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
