Jean-Marc Corredor

Jean-Marc Corredor is a managing legal counsel in the office of the corporate secretary. He manages the Corporate Oversight, Strategic Transactions, and Commercial Contracts teams in the legal department. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and an officer of several Price Group subsidiary entities. 

Marc has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018, beginning in the legal department. Prior to this, Marc was employed by E*Trade Financial Group as an associate general counsel in the Legal Department. He also was employed by the private law firms of McGuireWoods LLP, Latham & Watkins LLP, and Cooley Godward LLP, concentrating on Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and governance matters, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representations. 

Marc earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A., with honors, in international relations from Stanford University.
