Jean Fisher is a senior relationship manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. 

Jean has been with T. Rowe Price since 1990, beginning in the Shareholder Services department. 

Jean earned a B.A. in business from the University of Maryland. She has completed the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals certificate. Jean also is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.
