James Heffron is a client service manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. He is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

James has been with T. Rowe Price since 2005, beginning in the Investment Operation Reconciliation Group.

James earned a B.S. in business, with a minor in finance, from James Madison University. James also has earned the Claritas^® Investment Certificate from the CFA Institute and has completed the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals certificate.
