Ishwarya Parameshwaran is a relationship management associate for the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm’s institutional business in North America.

Ishwarya’s industry experience began in 2020, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025. Prior to this, Ishwarya was employed by Empower Retirement in the area of retirement plan advisory and participant education. She also was employed by Financial Integrity Resources Management, concentrating on investment consulting for public defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

Ishwarya earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Madras in India and a master’s degree in financial mathematics from Brandeis University. She is a Series 7 and 66 registered representative.
