Isabel Locke is an associate analyst on the Responsible Investing team.

Isabel has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning on the Responsible Investing team. Prior to this, Isabel was employed by EY in its Climate Change and Sustainability Services and Audit departments. She also was employed by Association of Chairs, a charity specializing in providing training and guidance on good governance for chairs of charities.

Isabel earned a first-class honors degree in geography from Durham University. She also completed the Associate Chartered Accounting at EY and has earned the CFA Institute’s ESG Investing Certificate.
