Ian Betts is the head of the COO Group Change Portfolio team in the Transformation Office. He is a member of the EMEA COO Lead team. Ian is a vice president of the T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Ian’s experience began in 1994, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Enterprise Change Office supporting Global Distribution. Prior to this, Ian was employed by BNY Mellon as the head of Middle Office Change. His previous experience included working in asset management, asset servicing, technology, and consultancy firms. 

Ian earned a B.Sc. in geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College. He also has earned the Association of Project Management certification and is a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner.
