Hilary (Johnson) Gay is the head of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, she is committed to working with clients and prospects around the world to develop deeper and broader relationships with T. Rowe Price. In partnering closely with global colleagues and firm resources, she and her team are responsible for delivering a proactive and consistent partnership model that reflects the existing and prospective relationship that these organizations have with the firm. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
Hilary’s investment management experience began in 2003, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning as the head of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Hilary was a managing director and director of the Global Strategic Relationship Group at Wellington Management. Across her nearly 18 years with Wellington Management, she held various leadership roles supporting account management and business development in Boston and London, including over nine years as a member of the insurance relationship management team focused on developing consultative partnerships with insurance clients in the U.S., Bermuda, the UK, and Continental Europe. Prior to her tenure at Wellington Management, Hilary was a relationship manager at Gannett, Welsh & Kotler, a fixed income asset manager focused on high-net-worth clients.
Hilary earned a B.A. in German and political science from Middlebury College.
