Heather McDonold leads Corporate Sustainability. She manages the firm’s efforts to reduce its operational environmental impact and is responsible for the publication of the firm’s annual Sustainability Report and other environmental, social, and governance disclosures. Prior to her current role, Heather oversaw communications related to Corporate Responsibility, including the publication of the firm’s Corporate Responsibility Report. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Heather has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, beginning as a specialist in the Global Public Relations department. Previously, she worked as a corporate communications associate at Legg Mason. 

Heather earned a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
