Harriet Tooze is the director of the Strategic Partnerships Group in Global Distribution.

Harriet’s investment experience began in 2015, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025. Prior to this, Harriet was employed by Wellington Management, focusing on strategic partnerships. She also was employed by Schroders Investment Management, specializing in partnerships with insurance companies.

Harriet earned a first-class degree in economics from Durham University.
