Hana Nguyen is the head of Investment Compliance within Global Investment Operations. Hana oversees the firm’s strategy, implementation, and monitoring of investment management guidelines and restrictions for all accounts managed globally. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. 

Hana’s investment experience began in 2007, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in Investment Compliance. Prior to this, Hana was employed by BlackRock, where she held multiple roles in the Aladdin technology business as well as in the Portfolio Compliance Group. In addition to BlackRock, Hana was also a compliance officer at Guggenheim Investments. 

Hana earned a B.S. from James Madison University, with a dual major in quantitative finance and economics.
