Haley Pabla is a vice president of institutional for the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm’s institutional business in North America. 

Haley’s investment experience began in 2018, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the Canada division of the Americas division. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Haley was employed by PH&N Institutional (RBC GAM) and was on the business development and consultant relations team. Prior to this, she worked in defined benefit and defined contribution investment consulting at a global consulting firm.

Haley earned a bachelor of commerce from the University of Toronto. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
