Guen Toste is an executive relationship manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.  

Guen’s industry experience began in 1992. She was with T. Rowe Price from 1998 to 2007, beginning in Retirement Plan Services Relationship Management, and returned in 2012. Prior to this, Guen was employed by Pacific Gas Transmission Company, Barclays Global Investors, and Merrill Lynch Group Employee Services in the areas of retirement plan and benefits services. Guen also was a consultant with T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services from 2007 to 2012, specializing in retirement income product development.

Guen earned a B.A. in dramatic art/dance from the University of California, Berkeley. She also earned the Claritas® Investment Certificate from the CFA Institute. Guen is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
