Gregg Korondi is the portfolio manager of the US Real Estate Equity Strategy and co-portfolio manager of the Global Real Estate Equity Strategy in the Global Equity Division. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the Global Real Estate Equity, US Real Estate Equity, and Global Metals and Mining Strategies. Gregg also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Gregg's investment experience began in 1999, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the U.S. Equity Division. Prior to this, Gregg was employed by LaSalle Investment Management as a managing director in the real estate-listed securities industry. Gregg also was employed by Wells Fargo Securities as an associate in equity research on the company’s real estate investment trust team. 

Gregg earned a B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in finance and international business, from the University of Richmond. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
