Dr. Hrabowski has been an independent director of Price Group since 2013 and serves as chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a member on the Executive Compensation and Management Development Committee. He is the former president of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, a position he held from 1992 to 2023. His research and publications focus on science and math education, with special emphasis on minority participation and performance. Dr. Hrabowski is also a leading advocate for greater diversity in higher education. He serves as a consultant to the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, the National Academies, and universities and school systems nationally.

Dr. Hrabowski earned a B.A. in mathematics from Hampton University and an M.A. in mathematics and a Ph.D. in higher education administration and statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

Dr. Hrabowski is a member of the board of directors and a member of the corporate and governance committee of McCormick & Company, Inc. He also served on the board of directors of Constellation Energy Group, Inc., until 2012.
