Frank Zhi is a credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. 

Frank’s investment experience began in 2009, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning on the Securitized Credit team in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, he was employed by Lord Abbett & Co. LLC in the area of portfolio management. Frank also was employed by Commerzbank AG as an assistant vice president. 

Frank earned a bachelor of science degree in operations research from Georgia Tech. He also earned a master’s degree in computer science from Columbia University, Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.
