Emma Tookey is a Sr. Retirement Sales Executive for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services. She is a Vice President for T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.  

Emma joined T. Rowe Price in 2018.  Before joining the firm, she spent three years at MassMutual as a Managing Director initially focusing on the non-profit retirement plan market, but then moving on to mid-market and institutional market retirement plan sales in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to MassMutual, Emma spent seven years at Principal Financial Group as a Director of Sales in both Southern and Northern CA, and she started her retirement career on a 401(k) consulting team in San Diego. 

Emma also served in the United States Navy from 1998 – 2002. She earned a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations at San Diego State University. She is a Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 registered representative.
