Elyse Carloss is a client account manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. She is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Elyse's industry experience began in 2010, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, beginning in the Retail Investment Services department. She transitioned to Client Administration in December 2010. 

Elyse earned a B.A. in business administration from McDaniel College. She has completed the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals certificate.
