Elina Rekka is a portfolio analyst in the Investment Specialist Group within the Fixed Income Division.

Elina’s investment experience began in 2023, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the Investment Specialist Group. Prior to this, Elina was employed by AXA Investment Managers as a fixed income investment specialist in emerging markets. Elina also was employed by PIMCO as an asset management account analyst.

Elina earned an M.Sc. in finance from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in economics and finance from the University of Surrey.
