Elias Al-Najjar is a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Elias has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning as an investment fellow in the Fixed Income Trading Department. Prior to this, Elias worked with the National Institute of Health and the University of Maryland Baltimore County Psychology Department.

Elias earned a B.S. in mathematics, with a minor in computer science, from the University of Maryland College Park and a Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Elias also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
