Elaine K. Fleig is managing legal counsel in the Capital Markets Group within Legal, Compliance, and Audit, focusing on legal matters relating to stable value and various fixed income transaction matters, including restructurings, municipals, and private placements. Elaine also is a member of the firm’s Stable Value External Manager Due Diligence Committee and the Distressed Advisory Committee. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., T. Rowe Price International Ltd, T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Elaine has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning in the Participant Services Center within Retirement Plan Services before moving to the Capital Markets Group in 2015. Prior to her current role, Elaine was a legal specialist and legal analyst within the Capital Markets Group. 

Elaine earned a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She also earned a B.A., cum laude, from Frostburg State University.
