Elaine Chen , CFA

Elaine Chen is a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Elaine’s investment experience began in 2015, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning as a senior fixed income risk manager on the Investment Risk team, primarily covering low duration and municipal investment strategies. Prior to this, Elaine was a senior associate research analyst in Invesco’s investment division covering market risk for international and municipal bond funds. Elaine also was employed by Oppenheimer Funds in the fixed income risk area. 

Elaine earned an M.S. in finance from the University of Denver and an M.S. in financial engineering from New York University. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® and the Financial Risk Manager designations.
