Eiko Naito is a relationship manager of the institutional business within Global Distribution in Japan. 

Eiko’s industry experience began in 2011, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in Global Distribution. Prior to this, Eiko was employed by Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. where she was mainly in charge of portfolio management of global fixed income and client relationship management with Japanese pension funds.

Eiko earned an M.B.A. from IESE Business School in Spain and an M.A. and a B.A. in industrial engineering from Waseda University in Japan. She also has earned the Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan designation.
