Donald Sykes is a consultant in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Client Education. 

Donald’s industry experience began in 2013, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the RPS Participant Meetings Group. Prior to this, Donald was employed by Empower in the areas of operations and participant education. 

Donald earned a B.G.S. in communication studies from the University of Kansas.
