Denise Thomas

Denise Thomas is the regional chief operating officer of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. She is a member of the EMEA Executive Management Committee. Denise is a director of T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Denise's industry experience began in 1999, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023, beginning in the Chief Operating Office. Prior to this, Denise was employed by abrdn in a variety of operational and finance function roles, latterly as chief operating officer of the Investment Division. She also was employed by Ernst & Young as a management consultant specializing in business process reengineering and systems implementation. Prior to that, Denise worked in the utility industry as an internal auditor.

Denise earned a B.A., with distinction, in accountancy and finance from Heriot-Watt University. She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland).
