Dean Fox is a senior plan compliance consultant in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. He is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Dean has been with T. Rowe Price since 1997, beginning in the T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services Operations department. Prior to this, Dean was self-employed in the areas of personal and small business accounting and tax services. Before that, Dean was employed by H&R Block, providing tax services to individuals and advanced training to experienced associates.

Dean earned a B.S. in accounting from Towson University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. Dean also has earned the Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified Pension Administrator, and Qualified 401(k) Administrator credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. He is a certified public accountant.
