David Skordinski is a senior plan compliance consultant in the Retirement Plan Services Client Services department.

David’s ERISA compliance experience began in 1995, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2012, beginning in the Retirement Plan Services Operations department. Prior to this, David was employed by Fidelity Investments in the area of ERISA compliance. Before that, David was employed by Johnson Controls as a qualified retirement plan administrator. 

David earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration degree with a concentration in strategic management from the University of North Texas and an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. David also has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator credential and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
