David Herr is the head of Individual Investors Services. He is a member of the Service Agreement Oversight Committee. David is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Dave has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in the Individual Investors division. Prior to this, Dave was employed by Capital One in the Card division as an operations and strategy leader for over 24 years, leading a number of large scale global operational divisions and technology enabled transformation initiatives.

Dave earned a bachelor of arts degree in english from the University of Richmond.
