David Frazer is a relationship manager, based in Melbourne, for T. Rowe Price Australia Limited in the Global Distribution division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm's institutional business worldwide.

David’s investment experience began in 1989, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning in the Australian Institutional department. Prior to this, he was the country head for Ashmore Group in Australia. David also was the head of business development and client service at Western Asset Management. Prior to that, was a global fixed income portfolio manager with Wellington Management. 

David earned a B.Sc. in mathematics and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Melbourne. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
