David Buck is the head of enterprise risk management in the Enterprise Risk Management Group.

David’s experience began in 1998 as a senior risk analyst. He has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to this, he was the head of Enterprise and Operational Risk at USAA.

David earned a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Toledo and an M.B.A. in econometrics and statistics from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He also completed the Chief Risk Officer Executive Ed & Certificate Program at Carnegie Mellon University and earned the National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship certification.
