Dave McAvoy is a lead client relationship manager for the College Savings business in Individual Investors. In this role, Dave is responsible for managing the institutional relationship with Maryland 529 to deliver expertise and capabilities across the firm that enable the client and their account holders alike to achieve their education savings goals. Dave also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc.

Dave has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018, beginning in the College Savings department. Prior to joining the firm, he held a number of institutional relationship management and business development roles with both Fidelity Investments and TIAA.

Dave earned a B.S. in business administration from Le Moyne College and has completed coursework toward the CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SPECIALIST designation from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. In addition, Dave is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.
