Darryl Oliver is a defined contribution investment specialist in Retirement Plan Services. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Darryl’s investment experience began in 1996, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2012. Prior to this, Darryl was employed by Brown Advisory as a principal.  

Darryl earned an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland. Darryl also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. He is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative. He also is a member of the Baltimore CFA® Society.
