Darel Eastling is a lead client relationship manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Darel’s industry experience began in 1999, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in Retirement Plan Services Relationship Management. Prior to this, Darel was employed by MassMutual in the area of retention solutions. Darel also was employed by Prudential Retirement, specializing in retirement income, sales, and relationship management.  

Darel earned a B.S. in management and an M.B.A. from the University of Hartford. Darel is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative and holds life, health, and variable annuities licenses.
