Cowina Leung , CPA

Cowina Leung is the head of Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Asia Pacific.

Cowina has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017. Prior to this, Cowina was employed by Fidelity International Hong Kong Limited in the area of financial crime compliance functions. Cowina also was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in forensic accounting with an array of experience in fraud investigations, Foreign Corruption Practices Act  compliance, and litigation support.

Cowina earned a degree and a master degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology respectively.  Cowina  is a certified public accountant. She has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist designations.
