Courtney Sembly is the chief of staff to the chief operating officer. She focuses on COO Group strategy, execution, and enterprise stakeholder engagement. Courtney also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. 

Courtney has been with T. Rowe Price since 2004, beginning in the CFO Group. Most recently, she was a national account manager in the Global Distribution division, responsible for retaining and growing key retirement-oriented relationships in the defined contribution marketplace.

Courtney earned a B.S. in financial economics and an accounting certification from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is a Series 7 and 24 registered representative.
