Constance Kennedy is a consultant in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) – Client Services. 

Constance’s industry experience began in 2007, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in RPS Client Communications. Prior to this, Constance was employed by Empower in the area of retirement education for large, mega, and not-for-profit markets. Constance also was employed by BB&T, concentrating in retirement plan education and communication plan strategies.

Constance earned a B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^TM designation. Constance is a Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registered representative.
