Clive Williams is the head of Global Equity Trading, chairman of the Equity Brokerage and Trading Control Committee, and a member of both the Risk Management Oversight and OUS Governance Committees. 

Mr. Williams has 32 years of investment experience, 19 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Before assuming his current position in 2010, he was the head of the European equity trading desk. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2000, he was the head of global trading ex-U.S. at Invesco. Mr. Williams has earned the Investment Management Certificate.
