Cinda Hughes is an institutional client service executive for the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm's institutional business in North America. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Cinda's investment experience began in 1986, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in the Americas Sales, U.S. Client Service department. Prior to this, Cinda was employed by Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, where she was a partner and client portfolio manager. Cinda also was employed by Phoenix Investment Council as a director of equity research. She also held various positions at PaineWebber, Kidder Peabody, and Fidelity Investments.

Cinda earned a B.A., cum laude, in economics from Rhodes College. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
