Cheryl Hampton is a head of Investment Tax. In this role, she focuses on tax service provider oversight, the taxation of regulated investment companies, the taxation of financial products, information reporting, and foreign market tax issues. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Cheryl's industry experience began in 1991, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in the Investment Tax Group. Prior to this, Cheryl was employed by OppenheimerFunds and then Invesco Ltd., subsequent to the acquisition of OppenheimerFunds by Invesco Ltd. She also was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and Calamos Investments.

Cheryl earned a B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in accounting and finance, from Trinity University. She is a certified public accountant.
