Catherine Welfer is a credit analyst focused on building supplies, homebuilders, and chemicals in the Fixed Income Division.

Catherine’s investment experience began in 2003, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning as a credit analyst on the Investment Grade team in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Catherine was employed by Insight Investment as a senior analyst. She also was employed by Guardian Life Insurance as director of high-grade, high yield, and leveraged loans. 

Catherine earned a B.A. in international relations from Brown University.
