Carsten Kutschera is head of mid-Europe in EMEA Global Distribution in the division responsible for the firm’s institutional and intermediary business internationally. He also is a member of the EMEA Executive Committee. Carsten is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. 

Carsten’s investment experience began in 1995, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning as Head of Intermediary Relationship Management Germany & Austria. Prior to T. Rowe Price, he was the head of intermediary for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, covering Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. He also worked for Capital International in London, LGT, and Dresdner Bank.

Carsten earned a diploma in business administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He also has earned the Investment Management Certificate.
