Brooks Jonathan Fisher , QPFC

Brooks Fisher is a senior product owner on the U.S. Intermediaries (USI) Client Skills team. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc.

Brooks has been with T. Rowe Price since 2006, beginning in Retirement Plan Services where he held several roles in client services, sales, and marketing. Since joining USI in 2015, Brooks has served as a senior intermediary sales consultant for the DCIO  Pacific Northwest territory and as senior manager of the intermediary sales associates. 

Brooks earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an M.B.A. in marketing from Loyola University Maryland. Brooks also has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst^® certification and the Qualified Plan Fiduciary Consultant designation. He is a Series 6, 63, 66, 7, and 24 registered representative.
