Brian Rubin is the head of U.S. Fixed Income Trading. He is responsible for the bank debt, emerging markets, high yield, investment-grade, and securitized products trading desks. Brian is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the Credit Opportunities Fund, Floating Rate Fund, High Yield Fund, and the Institutional Income Funds, Inc. He also is chairman of the Global Fixed Income Brokerage and Trading Control Committee and a member of the Global Trading and Liquidity Committees. Brian is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Brian’s investment experience began in 2001, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1997, beginning in the Corporate Actions/Pricing department. Before assuming his current role in 2016, he was a trading assistant and then a high yield trader in the Fixed Income Trading department.

Brian earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. in finance from Johns Hopkins University. He is a certified public accountant.
