Brendan Finn

Brendan Finn is an investment analyst covering real estate investment trusts under the financial services sector at T. Rowe Price Investment Management. He is a member of the Small-Cap Value Investment Advisory Committee.

Brendan’s investment experience began in 2015, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning on the financials team covering real estate investment trusts (REITs). Prior to this, he was employed by Wells Fargo and by Citigroup as an equity research associate in the area of REITs. 

Brendan earned a B.B.A. in finance and commercial real estate from Villanova University.
