Bill Dunkerley is a lead portfolio analyst in the Fixed Income Division. He is responsible for global multi-sector and international bond strategies. Bill is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Bill's investment experience began in 2001, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2011, beginning in the Equity Division as the lead portfolio analyst supporting the Global Technology, Science and Technology, Communications and Technology, and US Structured Research Strategies. Prior to this, Bill was employed by Ipreo and Thomson Reuters as a product manager.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. Bill also has earned the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designations.
